He was trained in The Reap Foundation® at Sustain Earth and Its People, Nebraska |USA, in the legendary Ecole d’ Agrobiologie de Beaujeu® en Agriculture Biologiques, Rhones | France, in Group de Rercherches en Agriculture Biologique® GRAB, Anignon | France. He participated in workshops at the Rodale Institute®|Pennsylvania, USA at the Land Institute® Kansas, USA, at The Joel Salatin Regenerative Farming Revolution® | Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, USA.
He was deputy representative of Greece at IFOAM® Organics International Brussels, Belgium. He worked in ARDAB®|Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France on the principles of agroecology and was co-founder and Chief Farm Manager at BIO-FORUM SA®, an organic trader and retailer, for 14 years.
