Katerina Vassilatou is a Chemist with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and Cosmetology. She has also graduated a program of
Athens University in the Department of Economics. She has worked for more than 25 years in important companies in the fields of Cosmetics and Drugs as a Head of the Research & Development Departments, namely FAMAR & KORRES. Moreover, she has collaborated as a Consultant with companies such as APIVITA. She has been working closely with Universities and Research Institutes in Greece and abroad for the
submission and execution of research programs. The result of such a research program was the development of a patent regarding the mechanism of action of quercetin when applied on the skin. She has published several articles in scientific journals both in Greece and abroad. She is a member of the Board of Hellenic Society of Cosmetology. She currently runs her own Cosmetics & Food Supplements R&D Laboratory
in Athens Greece working as an out source partner with companies such as POWER HEALTH, YOUTHLAB and a lot of start-up companies in Greece and abroad.
