Evangelos Tirpintiris is the Chief Operating Officer at Falcon Ingredients and a certified Olive Oil Sommelier. He holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Coventry and an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick, where he was awarded for the Best Business Model of his year. Evangelos has extensive knowledge in the olive oil industry, working closely with Ol’eve’s manufacturing team. His holistic expertise includes olive oil manufacturing, oil blending, harvesting, tasting, and presenting at exhibitions and sommelier events, making his industry knowledge both advanced and comprehensive.
