My name is Eirini Kalampoka, and I am the youngest member of the family business, Eirini Plomariou EVOO. My love for my homeland and the blessed olive tree led me back to my island, Lesvos, after graduating from the Polytechnic University of Thessaly as a Mechanical Engineer. I chose to continue what my grandmother Eirini started and my parents worked hard to establish, the Eirini Plomariou business. So, from our very first bottle wrapped in a simple wax paper, to receiving the prestigious recognition from the President of the Hellenic Republic as the best innovative enterprise, and numerous awards for quality and taste, today we proudly operate a visitable olive oil mill, a specialized standardization unit, and export our product worldwide. With love for our land, respect for nature, and the goal of highlighting the importance of quality food in our everyday table, we continue the production of our purely organic, extra virgin olive oil, Eirini Plomariou.
